Hi Mike and everyone,
I have been playing around with the latest version of Girder for most of the day and I think I may have found a bug in the program or more than likely it is me..
Anyway I had read through the help files including the latest one (thanks Mike) but I seem to be having a problem with the targeting command.
I dont know how to exactly explain this properly.. So what I did was I created a small video file from my desktop so you can actually see what I am talking about :).. The video file can be viewed or downloaded at the following URL:
http://www.cybagirl.com/targeting.avi
If you have a look at the video file it shows you step by step as to what I am doing in regards to trying to target Notepad as per the example in the help file..
Now what I do is click and hold the crosshair and drag it over the top window that has Notepad listed. I notice that this whole window and all the programs within this window gets a black rectangle around it. And no matter what I do I cannot seem to just select Notepad with the cross hair as in just highlight Notepad. Then when I let the mouse button go it just displays Girder in the bottom right hand window and information relating to Girder.
So I am at a total loss now as to what to do as in trying to just target Notepad.. Im not to sure if this is making any sense to anyone :).. But if you dont mind taking the time to download and view the above file I hope it will give you a better insight as to what I am trying to explain here.
Any help or insight as to why I cannot target Notepad for will be greatly appreciated :)..
Kind Regards
Erica
PS: Also what is meant by the following in the help file?
Aim the crosshair at the big white plane and let go
