The not being able to paste is a problem of the treeview that i bought. I don't feel like programming that myself so i'm sorry but you have to keep typeing. The access violation happens only when you previously didn't copy anything from the tree.

I see the same trap on 3.0.23Pre3 (I really need to upgrade).

As a "work-around", using Shift+Ins instead of Ctrl+V works.

as above: pasting text to treeview items while in edit mode seems to be faulty.
Whenever I hit F2 on a treeview item and then ctrl-v to paste the current clipboard girder reacts with a message box:
"Access violation at address 0044FEA0 in module 'Girder.exe'. Read of address 0000000C."
Both addresses don't change on different clipboard contents (lenght doesn't matter) or treeview items.

you're right. shift+ins is ok here too.
and: I knew I would forget this: I'm using 3.0.24. And just for the record: W2kSP2 German.

I don't know what you did fix but I wasn't able to reproduce this problem. In my version 3.0.24 I stil can't paste the names of the commands using Ctrl+V but there is no Access violation

Am I missing something?
