Scrolling Text... Avid!

Hi,

I am trying to modify my ccf to use Avid's utility driver, I want to make song titles, artist names etc scroll if they are two big for the screen area.

I have so far set up a button, and am experimenting on the {mp.comment} variable from JRMC, in my ccf just to work out how to get it working.

I have basically got this far :

1. Set up a button named "{MP.Comment}".
2. Setup an IR action, with the name "{MP.Comment}", and IR Code as "5001 0000 0000 0002 fc0a 0000 0200 0000"

However, I am not very good at NR and don't know what I have missed, because I just get a blank box!

Could someone please point me in the right direction, I have read the doc's for avid's plugin but that did not help either...

The IR action should be MP.Comment - no curly braces.

Now is it possible to set it up so it only scrolls if the text does not fit, the box?

DOn't worry, I have just worked out that you can add IR codes together!!!
