Does anyone know of a generic driver that can work with Streamzap's USBIR2 receiver? I tried the plugin for Streamzap but Streamzap's driver only supplies codes related to their remote. Other remote controls I have can trigger the light on the receiver but are not recognized by Streamzap's software.
Thanks,
Steve

Steve, StreamZap does not allow other remotes to work with their receiver.

This has now changed.
You need http://www.streamzap.com/tmp/PCRemote.exe
and the new streamzap plugin included with G4.

If I remember correctly... :)
Goto the settings page, highlight the streamzap plugin, click settings button and select raw ir codes...
I don't have one near me to test right now :x

downloaded and installed the new pcremote software. the plugin for girder is installed.
but on the settings/plugins in girder, i don't see a streamzap tab to highlight for changing any plugin settings.
any ideas?

Is the plugin enabled? ie in the list of plugins is there a tick next to the streamzap plugin?

there is no settings tab. goto the plugins tab, highlight the streamzap plugin, click the settings buttons.
