The website for Danijel Pticar's programmer "uirt-dp.prog13.exe" is down/not available and I can't locate the file anywhere else.
I've built a circuit board combination of UIRT2A/UIRT2B and am ready to program, but apparently this is the only programmer that will work with this circuit? Is it possible to build a different programmer board and use that to program the chip?
