I have a MyHD card that comes with a serial port IR receiver.
I can successfully use this receiver with girder, using plugins. No problems here.
Now, I want to wake up my computer from S3 using this IR receiver. I can wake up using my bluetooth keyboard/mouse connected via USB. So, wake up from USB is working. I confirmed this with a wired USB mouse.
So, my next step would be a USB Serial adapter that would allow wake up the computer from S3, using girder.
Has anyone tried this? I know my IR receiver is not a common one, but I believe it behaves like an IRman. So, if anyone could make this work with an IRman, that would be great.
