problem with serial number and plug-in Pinnacle PCTV

I have enter the serial number of the V3.3.1.b of Girder and it says me it's the bad serial number or the bad name.Why?
And I can't find the plug-in of the Pinnacle PCTV (my card is not the Pinnacle PCTV Pro).
Can you help me
