USB to serial cable????

Does anyone know if a USB to Serial cable exist. Right now I control a Pioneer Elite 300 Disc DVD player via serial connection from my HTPC to the serial port on the Pioneer. Sending it commands via girder....which disc to load ect...

I would like to do the same thing but switch over to my laptop which doesn't have a serial connection just USB.
