Best advice I can give you is experiment, try all or some of the message that you find, also try to use the keyboard routines...

Its not that difficult really, just select each command in the capture window and click on test event. The one you want is infact about the 7th event:

WParam=2
LParam=0

Simple

Mike.

Well, I tried the notepad.exe example in the documentation. Now I know to learn how to access the "Save as..." menu. I simply don't know how to do this. I tried to capture the whole process and I got like 20 something commands...
Any help is welcome.

Pablo

You mean try one by one the 20+ commands that appear in capture windows when choosing the "Save as..." option in the notepad menu? Wow, I find it a bit harsh... (Regarding the keyboard shortcuts in notepad I chose that menu option precisely because it doesn't has any keyboard shortcut. I'm experimenting!)

Thanks

Pablo

Thanks a lot jediperry. Let me tell you and Ron that I'm simply amazed by the responsiveness of this forum.

Thank you really.

Keep it going. This is an excellent piece of software. Maybe when I get to master it I can be of any help with the documentation (I'm good at that). Count me in for that part of Girder 4.

I want also to offer myself to complete the translation into Spanish of both the user interface and the documentation. Let me know how to help there.
