Welcome to Girder!
You need to use a multi-command. This is like a macro. Put the commands you want to execute, in the order you want, into the multi-command and learn the key from your remote to trigger the multi-command.

In detail, you can use MultiGroup. It will contain all the command U want to excute when press one button on your remote. Remember that went use multi group, you must teach button for that Multigroup, not for individual command. Get it??

I just started with Girder. How do I program several commands at same time? Eg: I want to move a mouse cursor to a predefined position, type something, move to another position and do a click (hit the left mouse button) with one key on my remote control. Thanks a lot for your help!
