New to everything... But I'm close.I think.

Xlobby has support for girder. when setting up Xlobby to program a button. Xlobby askes for an "Eventstring" to finish.

I have girder installed and working with a set of commands for running a Yamaha receiver via RS232. I have tested from girder and it worked. To my supprise. I can be a little slow.

How do I get the event string info from girder?

Many thanks in advance.

You can specify the eventstring you want for each command.

Top right corner of Girder. Select girder event in the drop down box. Click learn. Type your eventstring. Have xlobby send it to girder.

Thanks Mike,

It took a few try's, then I got it.

Now only 200 buttons to go and a little skin work and i'll be happy.

I'm starting with a set of commands that is already on your site. Thank GOD, or I would not have tackeld this. For a Yamaha RX receiver. They did a nice job of setting this up.

All of the button's will be on the Xlobby side.

Many thanks
