I have the same combination and mine works fine. Have you selected the right driver from the settings box? Have you 'enabled' device?

Try the winamp plugin at http://www.geocities.com/SiliconValley/Drive/8294/index.html
see if that works. Is the com port enabled? Is it active?

I just got a new computer w/ Win2000 on it, and I cannot get my Logitech/AST remote to work with it. Can anyone help me with this? I would greatly appreciate it!
