Does anyone know a way to use the same button to turn on/off the monitor?

You didn't add the monitor commands
Place a new command in each group. Under the "OS" tab in the lower-right, select Monitor ON or OFF in from the drop-down menu. Click Apply.
Using the OSD to show you the state may be unnecessary... you won't see it if themonitor is off... and you can easily see whens its on.
Edit: I uploaded your GML file with commands in place, but I also included another multi-group that uses "State Settings" to toggle between the two commands. Your set-up will work, but this may be a little cleaner.

I was just using the OSD to debug, Instead of my monitor going on or off, an OSD just displays it. I'll finnaly change it to the real monitor commands when i get it to work.
the problem is my monitor goes off and immediately comes back on...
THe buttons on my remote are getting kinda limited!

Try some suggestions from this thread:

You mean limited in the way that you are running out of buttons to control things? Look into using one button as a "shift" button.

I use a different approach to solve the "running out of buttons" problem, but this should be a good place to start.

As far as I know... Nope :(
If you ever find a way to do that, please let me know, as that would be very helpful for my setup.

As we dscussed before, you can only turn off the secondary monitor. You cannot turn off the primary :(
