H2 minimize MC when launched by Media Bridge?

II would like to minimize MC when it is being called by Media Bridge at start up. In fact, do I need to launch Media Bridge or is calling up MC enough? It seems to work just fine without MediaBridge but I am not sure if there are any sideeffects... The advantage is that I can tell MC to minimize at start-up but not through MediaBridge...
