downloading exported groups what is gxe format?

The GXR format is basically a text format. If your browser shows you the file as a text file, just save it, Girder should be able to read it.

I have downloaded several groups. Those that download and unzip work fine. BUT, the Media Player 7 and PowerDVD 3 both show me a page with text that I download onto my computer in "text format" But it is not in the gxr. format and can not be opened when in Girder to import group. What do I do?
