Microsoft Remote Codes/USB-UIRT/MX-1000

Was wondering if anyone had all the hex codes for all the buttons on the MS MCE Remote control, and also, if there is a way to enter the code in Girder, then have the USB-UIRT transmit that code out, so that my MX-1000 remote can learn the code.

Is there an easier way, besides buying the MS MCE Remote?
