Notachance

I've used Girder as part of my HA setup for some time, and was delighted to see Pronto code support in the UIRT DLL. I've been trying to control a Nokia Mediamaster 9850T (a terrestrial digital TV decoder) with virtually every IR device on the market, and the only things that has ever reliably controlled it is my Pronto.
I've tried importing the following code into Girder's UIRT window, but when I test it, I get no response from the Nokia:
0000 0072 0000 000e 000f 000a 0006 000a 0006 000a 0006 001c 0006 0016 0006 000a 0006 000a 0006 000a 0006 000a 0006 000a 0006 000a 0006 000a 0006 0016 0006 0d12
I can make the UIRT work a little by setting the sample to 37.5 and learning in RAW mode, but this is very unreliable and can only work when the UIRT is within three inches of the IR receptors.
Could someone who knows more about all this than I do please take a peek at that Pronto code, and confirm that it is beyond the UIRT's capabilities to replicate it? Or better yet, prove me wrong and tell me how to make it work?
Thanks a lot, all.
