Is there anyway to get the infrared signal of a A4tech infrared wireless mouse, using the ps/2 port?

I'm sure the infrared reciever works with my current remote controls, because the green LED on the reciever flashes whenever i use the mouse or a TV remote control.

I have already tried a ps/2 to serial convertor, but the reciever appears to be off, i presume it gets it's power from the ps/2 port.

Hi,

i found this mouse (A4 tech) this afternoon in a shop and i was hopeful to get it to work.
So the mouse is connected via PS2 -> COM -Adapter.
I tested several plugins: The receiver is enabled an flashing when i send ir-signals.
But nothing passes to Girder.

There is one issue with the igor-plugin: When i enable the device, there appears "00400" at the bottom line of the Girder main window, what does it mean?

No Won't work. The receiver will only work with the signals from the mouse.
