Help text "bubbles"

I've noticed that when you place your mouse cursor over the big, colourful buttons at the top the only ones that offer a help text message are :

Add Macro (Shift+F3),
Add Macro Event (Shift+F6), and
Disable Plugins (F9)

The latest release is great for the hint boxes. That should help people a great deal while trying to adapt.
