task switch plugin

enabling the task switch plugin causes girder to crash the first time the plugin sends an event, this could be that groups are enabled/disabled on task switch events, the gml is imported from girder 3

ive done some more testing and it definately seems to be group enablin/diabling thats causing the access violations rather than task switch

im not sure but if i test the "is ss?" group under "mouse/media keys" then it crashes

Okay I found and fixed the bug. This one affected:

Is Foreground
Is Checked
Win Exists
