On my WinXP with BTC keyboard (no Microsoft) Win-L works just fine. Not all shortcuts for MS Natural + .. work but this one works

I want to be able to lock my computer using CTRL+ALT+DEL and selecting Lock Computer in Windows 2000 Pro.

I setup a key for CTRL+ALT+DEL (using Alternative Proc), but it doesn't seem to do anything.

The link above does not apply to Windows 2000 and the shorcut WIN-L can only be used with Microsoft Natural Keyboard with IntelliType Software Installed.

However, I did find a solution on the Microsoft website at http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=%2fsearch%2fviewDoc.aspx%3fdocID %3dKC.Q313884%26dialogID%3d6437306%26iterationID%3 d1%26sessionID%3danonymous%7c5695537

WIN-L will also lock your computer in a single step. Girder doesn't seem to currently support the windows key as a modifier (eg. CTRL, ALT, SHIFT). The CTRL-ALT-DEL sequence doesn't work for me either. Perhaps the windows key could be implemented as a modifier in a future release since there are several useful shortcuts that use the windows key.

There is a list of keyboard shortcuts here: http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;EN-US;q126449
