How to trigger an event everytime a program starts?

Hopefully this is easy...

I want to run a multicommand everytime TheaterTek starts. What's the easiest way to do learn a program-starting as an event?

I've tried hitting "learn event" but the first thing that's always recognized is "Explorer.exe"

I assume you're using the task create plug-in. I have found that clicking the icon for the program I want to start first and then clicking Learn in Girder often works well.

That worked.

But now, is there a way to do the same thing...( trigger an event) ONLY when a program closes?

yes, start the program, click learn, exit the program.
