possible to trigger events with the num pad?
I never ever use the num pad, and would love to be able to assign functions to the keys. For example, the 8 on the num pad could turn up Windows volume, 2 lower it, 4 could skip backwards in winamp, etc. I'm pretty sure these keys have separate ascii identifiers than their top of the keyboard counterparts (in other words, the 8 on the numpad isn't the same as the 8 above the U key), so maybe they're targetable by Girder?
Anyone have any tips?

nevermind
Nevermind, I found the excellent GKIR plugin, which does exactly what I was looking for.

I'm new to Girder and have to say I'm absolutely loving it.

oops, no 2k support
I spoke too soon: apparently that plugin doesn't support Windows 2000. Most of my utility computers (door camera, movie player, mame box, shower music player) are old crappy machines (piii 400 and below) and hence run Windows 2000, so that plugin won't quite do it.
Anyone have any idea of a way to assign functions to the numpad using Girder in win2k?

Can you PM Ron to try Girder 4 which is in beta. This should work out of the box on G4.
