Ok,(wow,girder is so big now,its like learning an OS-hehe) I used to in an old version be able to do this with States;
winamp (group1)
playcenter (group2)
MultiGroup[main](Switch Groups)
Command(Say-"winamp" state2-1
Command(Switch winamp On- state2-1)
Command(Switch winamp Off- state2-1 execute on every but 1)
Command(Say-"playcenter" state2-2)
Command(Switch playcenter On- state2-2)
Command(Switch playcenter Off- state2-2 execute on every but 1)
-Eventstring
which used to switch the one group on an announce using say "winamp" or "playcenter", but now having that 'SAY' COMMAND sharing the same 'State2-1' just messes it up, and doesn't work.
What would now be the proper way of (using states) when switching, using a multicommand, being able to execute a few commands when a State is the same??? This is really bugging me tring to figure this out. %7( Thanx for any feedback

Version 3.1c
The last time i tried using my saved file using that method honestly was like in the 2.0's version though. I just started to have to use that specific file again i used back then regularly again.

I have no idea what is wrong, i've tried setting this up on my Girder copy and it works. Could you send me the broken .gml file and the original .gir file ?

Okay the convertor was broken on this point, I guess you where converting the .gir file to .gml. After the conversion the state settings in a multigroup are lost. Upgrade the convertor to 1.0.6 and reconvert, or just rewrite :smile:

Hey Ron, never mind on this now. I guess beta13 somehow fixed it. I just loaded it to see if it was the right file (using beta13 now) and tried it, and it works. I don't know if something changed, but i know i reset states before and still didn't work before. And also i didn't change anything in the file, but didnt work right still. Now, it is working fine using the same file. Good news for me. :smile:
