Script Reload generates GlobalCache Settings Tab

Hello everybody!

I just clean installed the new G4b7 and started to select the plugins I needed. While everything looked ok at the beginning, now I have 6 GlobalCache Tabs in the plugin section. With every restart of the scripting engine, one more seems to appear.

Unchecking the GlobalCache plugin does not remove all of them but only one.

[edit:] After a restart, all the tabs are gone.
