Using command capture, when the app. doesn't send commands

I know the best way to use the command capture action, is two capture of the actual "commands". I have worked through the calculator example, and everything works great.

How do I use command capture with an application such as sage TV that does not send "commands" back-and-forth through windows, but instead, all I see showing up in the command capture window is" left button down" and lParam "15401285" etc.

I would be interested to see if you pause command works with SageTV.

I have found that all but the pause command will work.
