    Default Audio Mixer Plugin Problems

Since the code change from b13 to b14 mute toggle repeats several times - is it using the audio mixer repeat settings?
Also, when I hold down my volume up key (Left Windows+Left Ctrl+V) or volume down key (Left Windows+Left Shift+V). I can go a maximum of 81% up or down according to the OSD. If I want to go higher/lower I have to release the button and press it again. For example - if volume is at 4% on OSD and I hold down the volume up button continously it will go up to 85%. From 0% to 81%, etc. I then need to release the button and press and hold it again to get the volume to go higher. Is this a code error or is my motherboard bios detecting a key that is stuck down?

I figured out the problem with the mute toggle repeating...another plugin was causing the problem.

It's a girder 3.2 plugin that hasn't been updated to girder 4 yet that was causing the problem.
I still need to know about the problem when I hold down my volume up key (Left Windows+Left Ctrl+V) or volume down key (Left Windows+Left Shift+V). I can go a maximum of 81% up or down according to the OSD. If I want to go higher/lower I have to release the button and press it again. The remote itself chose these special key combos. If only girder itself receives the signals the motherboard bios should not be detecting a key stuck down right?
