    Default netremote movie

with all the new animation features in Netremote, screenshots are becoming a bit limited

I found this freeware screen recorder tool

    http://www.zdsoft.com/

I made a test movie of my still unfinished ccf file (mpeg4, 20Mb):

    http://home.vianetworks.nl/users/mhwlng/nrmovie1.zip

(of course, you can increase the picture quality at a cost of bigger size)

note that the tool can't make a movie of a media player playing.

    edit : here's another one : http://members.upc.nl/m.houweling1/nrmovie2.zip (see below)

    pc a contains girder
    pc b contains outlook
    pc c contains netremote

on pc b, runs a little vb6 application that checks the number of unread emails in outlook.
The dutch telecom sends voicemails as emails with a wav file attachment.
so I just check the unread mails for a certain subject.

then I send both email/voicemail count via xAP to girder, which then sends it to NR...

(p.s. because outlook is always running and retrieving all my emails, I can't use a pop3 email checker application)

here's another test movie of my forever-unfinished ccf file (mpeg4, 40Mb):

    http://members.upc.nl/m.houweling1/nrmovie2.zip

It shows just the JRMC stuff and in particular shows the http://last.fm integration, which works quite nice

(note that you don't need an account with last.fm (unless you want to stream 30sec. track fragments) and you don't need to install the last.fm/audioscrobbler plugin)

see here, for more info about the girder 4 lua code :
