    Default USB-UIRT issue

    Thanks for the great work of Girder firstly!

    And I have a issue about USB-UIRT plug-in in Girder.

    My USB-UIRT is work correctly with my cell phone on the PC. In Girder(3.3.10/4.0), I enable the USB-UIRT plug-in, and also put the uuirtdrv.dll to WINNT\system32. Girder say: "Plug-in loaded in memory but hardware initialisation failed".

    How to solve this problem?
