No longer get NotifyAction calls

Ben,

This is rather urgent (for me) as my live system has stopped working.

I have just had to totally re-build and reinstall my live PPC and with the latest (.92 or .93) builds and the latest SDK, I find that my list "buttons" no longer get a NotifyAction call. They are fine for viewing the data but useless for selecting stuff (recordings to watch in PlayPick, EPG timers to set, streaming BBC archive radio to listen to).

Unfortunately I had not upgraded my live PPC for a little while - not since the recent driver SDK changes. So the problem probably came in then and I never noticed. Also unfortunately, my development environment has changed totally (now an XP VM on a brand new Vista machine) and I have lost the ability to roll back.

So what changes are necessary in a driver to get a NotifyAction() callback? What did you change in the MB driver?
