Weather using Marcel's Lua File

I found the thread explaining the changes required to get the weather working (copied and pasted below). What changes would I need to make in the Lua file if I live in Vancouver, BC, Canada?

The most complicated part was actually converting the 'last updated' time from eastern time to my local time ... (I used modified code from my world time clock for that. If you don't care about this, you can get rid of 50% of the code)

* copy the bitmap directory to the netremote directory
* change we_acid to your own location
* change the line : wt_AddCity ('local',3,1) to the appropriate settings for your own timezone (if you want to correct the 'last updated' time )
