I have added a popup flash calculator and drawing pad to my skin. Seems like they will come in handy at time. It will take awhile for me to get better at drawing freehand to leave notes.

Thanks to some posts on the Cocoontech forum and Jonathan on the CQC forum for figuring out the flash object link, I spent a mere 15 minutes this morning and added a flash based interactive weather radar to Nowplaying. It works very well. And here I thought I was done for the summer.

    Default Drawing pad

    John -

What 'powers' the drawing skin? is it flash?

    Thanks,

Yes it is a flash object. Works very well.... will probably include it in the Nowplaying Flatstyle skin I am working on for release. Was hoping to have it done by now but have had some personal stuff come up that took my time away.

    Default Flash drawing pad

Cool. Could you post a link to the object? I'd like to play around with it...

    Thanks!

This is way cool and very useful, John! So many providers are doing "clever" flash things to stump us page-scrappers. I don't like the extra bandwidth it burns, but it seems to be the latest thing to get weather images & radar. Can you share what's needed to grab such an image?

Well I found a deal on a cool device. It is a Advent ADV3500PC 7" Portable GPS Navigation with built in Tablet PC. This small system runs Windows XP. Netremote runs great on it. If your looking for a small touchscreen device this is the one to get. It listed for $1500 but is now available for $270

    Wiki is here http://www.cocoontech.com/wiki/ADV3500PC

    Hi

Can you use the hard buttons on your nokia 770?
