i haven't added them but can ... will happen in sept. send me an email so we can work it out. if you haven't installed them, it would be easier to mail me one to work with.

    Hi Mike.

I bought a few new switches which turned out to be I2 types and didn't work with my install. I found that you had an update and when I loaded it up it all worked perfectly. I occured to me that it has been a while since I said thanks. THANK YOU! You've helped make my home awesome and I appreciate it immensely.

    THanks,
    MR

Hey Mike - let me know when you've had a chance to play with the FanLinc I sent you. I've got mine installed and manually linked to a pair of keypadlincs for the moment.

I have a weird situation with my 2 keypadlincs, which are crosslinked. I've set the masking for each device such that only one of the A/B/C/D buttons will be selected/lit at a time. Each keypadlinc works fine on its own. And if I select button "A" on KPL1, this causes button "A" on KPL2 to light up. If I then hit "B" on KPL2, only B is lit on KPL2, as expected. But now on KPL1, both A and B are lit.

I'd love to factory reset these two KPLs but I don't want to blow away the manual links to the fanlinc (i.e. huge PITA to set those links now that its installed!)

Scott, try turning off auto update companion devices for these devices (on the lighting tab).

No effect after turning off "Autoupdate companion switches" on both KPLs, Mike - I see the same symptoms.
