Help producing an action based on Executing a Program

I am trying to get Girder to execute a program whenever I execute another program on my computer.

More specifically, I would like Girder to start the Persono wireless program whenever I start Skype on my computer.

Can Girder do this? I am not sure what "event" to use to trigger this action (the execution of Persono.exe).

I can already get Girder to start both programs, based on a keyboard event.

enable the 'task create' plugin. It will generate events when programs are started! Then use that event to trigger the action that starts persono.exe
