Another incremental release:
Just one additional feature - you can specify fullscreen as an argument for wnd_size to make the menu display fullscreen.
The main purpose of this release is brand new HTML documentation which should make it much easier to use OSDMenu - Please have a good read!
Also, osdmenu.gml has been updated.

Since my exams have now finished I will probably be adding some more features in the near future (such as menu titles for one).
