With the latest build I no longer get the popup however I still can't get this same PC to connect to my girder 4 install on my htpc. The same CCF works on multiple PCs and PPCs but not this particular PC for some reason. Would still like to have this issue resolved.

Can you tell me what you have in NR under File|Settings|Plugins for the Girder plugin? Ideally on both the machines that work and those that don't.

    On the "broken" PC:
    ver: 2.0.21.144
    host: 192.168.2.220
    port: 1024
    password: girder
    Mode: Girder 4

    On PPC that works:
    ver: 2.0.21.144
    host: 192.168.2.220
    port: 1024
    password: girder
    Mode: Girder 4

    on a PC that works:
    ver: 2.0.21.144
    host: 192.168.2.220
    port: 1024
    password: girder
    Mode: Girder 4

I've also tried different ports, with and without the firewall and there is no AV on this PC.

    well that was easy!
The two that were working were (-2001) and the broken one was (-1).
So I deleted the plugin instance and NetRemote crashed. Restarted it and re-added the girder instance, which came up with a (-2001) id and it worked! I am communicating with the HTPC again.
    Woo Hoo!
    Thanks for your help!
