    Default Installer bug

When I installed the newest version it did not replace girder.exe .
I had to delete it and then run the installer to get the new file.

The same thing happened to me... and there was no warning/message (the only reason I noticed it, is that the version on the splash screen didn't change)

If the previous version was 3.2.5 (pre...) then I know what happened, I forgot to increase the built-in version number before I released. That cause the installer to think that the executable in the installer wasn't newer. Fixing it.
