    Default what IR ic is the one with the yellow stripe ????

    got a few IR ic's 3 legged package, they got no part number on them, but all have a yellow stripe across them,, anyone know what model they r for wiring config ???

    acutally, one of these has a very small 5380 on it, didnt see it first time, done a quick search on the web, found it to be a frequency, operating @ 38,, will this work in serial devices, although i do not know the full part number
