How do you slow down actions and wait for X seconds?

How do you slow down actions in a group for a certain amount of time? My exaple:

1. I want a wav to play in an action but wait a certain amount of time to let it play out before executing the next action.
2. I'm using winamp to load playlists, but I have an wav file playing before each playlist to say aloud what playlist is actually playing. But I want the audio to fully play before the launching the playlist. If I don't, I hear the wav on top of the MP3. The MP3 drowns out the wav and you can't hear the wav.

Any ideas?

Use the wait action (found on the Window action tab). Simply enter the number of milliseconds you want Girder to wait in the "X/Timout [ms]" field and you're done.
