Thanx so much for making the plugin. I did at 1st notice a weird bug at 1st. When i put the IRREMOTE.DLL file along with the HauppaugeIR.dll file in the plugin directory. I kept getting a file is not girder 3.2 compatible error message (not word for word.) update to a newer version plugin. (refering to the IRREMOTE.DLL file) Then, i click ok, and it would then continue to say "hauppaugeir.dll file not found in c:\progr~"

I did seem to fix the problem by redownloading the hauppauge ir software and re-extracting the .DLL file again and placing it in the main girder directory, then placing the hauppaugeir.dll file in the plugin dirctory and everything seems to be working just fine now. I originally had both files in the plugin directory because the instuctions said so. But that didn't seem to be the case on my machine. As well as the hauppauge IRREMOTE.DLL file seems to have to be the latest (not any versions before that.)

Even before that though with the messages when i placed a copy in both the girder directory as well as the plugin directory, it gave a file not compatible message, it still seemed to work ok, but i did get a bluescreen (WinXP Home) error randomly when my USB UIRT wasn't responding and so i hit the F9 to disable plugins, then F9 again to renable them, then a pause, then the bluescreen IRQ error message. But so far, since fixing by getting the newest hauppauge .DLL file and placing it in the main Girder directory, along with the plugin in the plugin dir. no error's so far. Works great.

Wanted to mention this is case a bug. I love this plugin though, cause before when using with the USB UIRT device, i always had to learn each button twice due to the remote sending two different signals every other keypress. No biggie, but using the new Hauppauge plugin, each button only has to be learned once, and properly registers correctly. (IE- Go, Exit, Play) labeled correctly and all.

The short of this message is that I wanted to thank you for making it. I'm sure a lot of others that have a pvr-250/350 also are very thankfull fro this plugin as well. Working very well so far. Thanx again to whomever made it and kind enough to release it to us Girder users.
