locked out

after installing the freeware version of girder 3.3 my windows operating system (which was already unstable) crashed.
Anyway i reinstalled the OS and at the same time readjusted my clock (which was lagging by about 4 months).
Girder then told me that my time was expired, so i returned the date back to where it was.

now i get report code 0,2018,1836
and cant access the software that i havent even had a chance to trial.

how do i fix this issue?

Did you reformat your hard drive and then reinstall windows? What version of windows?

The installation wrapper of Girder prevents against date changes.
