Memory leaks? Nope!
One slight threading issue, but believed to be fixed now. I should have something ready for everyone this weekend.

Guys,
I presume that this will initially be a windows only solution? Any chance that it might work with Mac OSX someday? With AirTunes this would be a killer solution for Mac users. Currently the only way to control itunes on Mac remotely is by using something like Salling Clicker on a mobile phone or thru a web-based interface.. neither are ideal.
Cheers

Hi Mark -
Yes, unfortunately. If anyone has some Mac development experience, please let me know. I can give that person the protocol and let them emulate the MediaBridge on Mac (or Linux, for that matter).

Personally I gave up on controlling iTunes on my Mac and just bought a cheap windows box to use as a HTPC/Jukebox, but I get a lot of requests from friends who want to control their Macs in a similar fashion.
I am not a programmer, but I could probably whip up a simple shim that takes incoming commands off a port and sends an equivalent AppleEvent to iTunes. Since I have no idea how your protocol works, I don't know how hard such a thing would be. However, if it is a simple parse a string and do some table lookups for the command equivalents it should be fairly trivial to get something that supports at least the basic features of getting playlists, getting track info/artwork, etc..
