Promixis Announces the availability of the PIR-1.
The PIR-1 is a new USB connected IR transceiver. This hardware allows you to send and receive infra red signals from your computer. Besides IR functionality the PIR-1 also has a built-in keyboard emulator allowing for the attachment of up to 4 hardware buttons that will press keys on the keyboard. This is especially useful for people with disabilities that need to control their computers.
