Hi
Is there a known solutotion when the uirt2 recieves ir(it thinks ) all the time? I covered the ir reciever but it still believes it is recieving signals. when I try to learn a command it recieves a code right a way but the problem is I have not even done anything. If I look in girder I can see it recieves 10 commands per seconds and it is even slowing down the computer.
help

Hi Lasse,
With what did you cover the receiver for your test? Unless it was several mills thick, IR could penetrate it. If you have a 'noisy' light bulb in the room, and used a piece of paper for example to cover the port, the receiver would still be bombarded by the IR.

I used a red thick paper folded 4 times. I doubt(not sure) that any IR can get trhough that.
