does the remote show up as a HID device in the windows control panel?

yes.
when I turn on remote control, there are showed up three new item:

compatible HID
control consumptions HID
USB human interface

(I have italian version, I make a translation...)

the remote use the SMC IrCC irda port of the notebook.

if you need other info I will try to find them.
thank you very much.

(this is very important for me...I cut QMediaCenter and it will be beautiful if i can use the r.c. to control anything of the notebook).

bye

Hi,

If a remote shows up as a HID device, try the HID plugin in the downloads section.

good luck

Thats great. Would you mind mapping the events and then exporting and uploading the map to here or to the developer/upload section from the front page of the web site?
