Minor updates to improve linking and idiosyncrasis in the .278 SDM.

There maybe problems downloading the core app. The core app must be valid to properly add devices. On the SDM tab, click core app download. The core app version should be 12. This may require several tries, you can monitor the progress of the download in the logger or lua console (if enabled).
