First, for as long as I've used Version 4, if you log into a computer running Girder and you're not an administrator you get a "Can't SaveSettings" error. How do you disable this message? I don't even want users to know there's something to change.

And, in Vista, if UAC is turned on, you (or at least I) can't send commands to Girder by calling event.exe. If I log in as an administrator, I can open Girder and test the command and it works, but I can't get it to work from another application. If I log in as a user, it doesn't work at all, even if I open Girder and test the command.

If UAC is turned off, all is well if I log in as an administrator. If I log in as a user, I can't use event.exe but I can open Girder and test the command and it works. I get a setting have changed do you want to save prompt even though I haven't changed anything. This also tries to keep Windows from shutting down if you say no the the original prompt.

Help.
