That isn't a USB UIRT - just an IrDA USB receiver.

You may be able to use it as a HID device, but somehow I doubt it will be very successful.

.....and Girder will fihd this reciever automatically,or should i set it by myself,or enable some plugin?

Enable the HID plugin and see whether the device appears in the list in the HID plugin's settings.

Im not sure .In device manager reciever appears like standard HID device, but in Girder i see two bluetooth HID devices.

Hmm... I don't think this is a HID device in that case - which means that there's next to no chance of this working with Girder.

Personally, I'd recommend either a USB-UIRT (www.usbuirt.com) or an IrTrans (www.irtrans.com), but others here have used Igor Cesko's device - http://www.cesko.host.sk/IgorPlugUSB/IgorPlug-USB%20(AVR)_eng.htm - which is a bit cheaper
