How to modify in a script lua the parameters of a button of type "Slider Thumb Component"?

Not yet no - that will have to wait at least until the next version. I'd hoped to be able to create a generic solution for this, but that's not as easy as I'd first hoped.

Are you just wanting to adjust the slider value as in adjusting the volume of a TV controlled by the slider? If so, you can already do this in Lua by changing the NR variable associated with the slider.

No, it I know how to make, what I want it is to modify the values min and max

For the moment I'd recommend you use 0 and 100 for min and max and scale the value accordingly.
