For those of you who like to use MilkDrop as a frontend for Winamp, I've found a pretty nice way to use Girder\NumBuilder to have a nice Numeric Song Select system for use with a remote. My solution involves using the text message functionality of MilkDrop (milk_msg.ini) to show the song number. If the user selected an invalid song number (IE, selecting song 19 when there are only 12 songs in playlist), the script shows a pretty red "NO" msg.

Because of a limitation of the MilkDrop Display-Text-Message system, only two digits can be used (meaning, of course, that you can only choose one of 99 songs).

See below for pictures of how it looks\works.

Great! How do I get this to work?
Well, first off, download the attached .ZIP. Then, place milk_msg.ini in your Winamp\Plugins\ directory (make a backup of the old one if you need to!). Then, load up my GML, learn the button 0 through 9, and try it out.

Update The files disappeared for a while. Here are the pictures (link) (http://nomodo.netfirms.com/index.htm) and here are the files needed to get this working(link) (http://www.girder.nl/filesbb/files/773_1026081681.zip).
